George Galarza
My motivation for obtaining my degree from ASA was the understanding that furthering my education would improve the quality of life for me and family. I chose the medical field because of my genuine willingness to help people and make a positive difference in the lives of others. I am now a Lab Supervisor.
I often reflect back on my time at ASA and how I grew as a person from the learning experiences with my classmates and instructors from different countries. Balancing my personal life and my school activities was the most challenging aspect for me. I would like to thank all the instructors and my family and friends for their constant support.
A special thank you to Vice President of Career Services, Mrs. Lesia Willis-Campbell, for always believing in me. My plan for the future is to continue my education and become a Physician Assistant. The advice I would give to current and potential students would be: Stay focused, concentrate and believe that you can do anything you wish to do as long as you maintain a positive attitude.
