My desire to make a difference in our society is what motivated me to get my degree, and ASA was the perfect school for me to achieve my goal. I earned my Associate Degree in Network Administration in January of 2010. Having the skills to repair PCs ensuring that computers are connected to a network, allowing employers to maintain their business operations flow on a day to day basis is very exciting and challenging to me.

I think that everyone has challenges that they face in their lifetime. Being unemployed and not having the means to get to school at times was one of the challenges that I faced while attending ASA, but the staff at ASA helped me a lot and I am very grateful to them.

My Career Advisor De’Angelo James always believed in my abilities. With his guidance I was able to secure a position within my field of studies.

My advice to students is the following: learn as much as you can while you are in school because you will need to present that knowledge to prospective employers and apply it at the workplace.
