Intensive English Program (IEP)

You will see the ways that our teachers use technology and techniques to get you communicating – speaking and writing better. This program can take you from the lowest level of English proficiency to mastery of the TOEFL. You’ll get a chance to practice English pronunciation, meet your future classmates, and more.

English as a Second Language (ESL

You’ll learn how we help our students achieve the highest levels of English proficiency. You’ll hear about the components of our program that include grammar, oral communication and reading, writing and integrated language skills. You’ll see how we value the practical use of English, and how we create classrooms that allow for intensive language immersion.

Business English

Our Business English classes are a series of four ESL Level E classes (2 days, 12 hrs. per week) that prepare students for a University of Cambridge assessment, the Linguaskill Business exam. Your score on this exam will serve as a great resume credential in addition to your ASA College transcripts. The six courses are Business English Theory (Reading), Business English Case Studies (Listening), Business English Skills (Speaking), Business English Writing, Business Elocution and Role Play, and Extensive Reading and Cultural Studies. In these classes, you will develop all aspects of your business communication abilities. Among some of the topics covered: presentation skills, emails and business plans, companies and their issues, and the language of meetings and negotiations. If you want to achieve C1+ English – if you want to turn your English from a liability to an asset – these classes are for you.
