May is Mental Health Month

How are you feeling today? This simple question opens up the conversation about mental health and the support we all need from time to time. During uncertain times – and even during the best of times – life can weigh heavily on each of us. If we talk openly about our mental health, we slowly start to break down the stigma that keeps people from getting the help they need.

During Mental Health Month in May, make the commitment to #checkin on your family, your friends and yourself.

WellConnect is available to help ASA students tackle whatever has them feeling down or overwhelmed. WellConnect is here to support our students with services like:

· Counseling
· Consultations for legal or financial issues
· Support during crisis or big life changes
· Community resources for family and caregiving
· Online assessments, self-help tools, expert tips and more

During May, help us inspire others to #checkin on their mental health too.
