Gallery: Hispanic Heritage Month

We had a remarkable Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration to honor the generations of Hispanic and Latino Americans who have enriched our nation and society. Attendees had the opportunity to hear the amazing life story of Diana Reyna, the first Dominican-American woman elected to office in the state of New York. Of course there was also impressive and much enjoyed music – Oswaldo Salazar, who was a finalist on “Ecuador Tiene Talento”, sang traditional Hispanic songs, and Joe Burgos led students and staff in a Salsa & Bachata master class.
