How to Renew Your FAFSA
Step 1
To apply for federal student aid, you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) form at https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa. You will need our federal school code 030955 when completing the FAFSA. The FAFSA will ask questions regarding your parents. Please click on this link to determine if you will need to provide parent information. https://studentaid.gov/sites/default/files/dependency-status.pdf If parent information is required, please make sure one of your parents creates a FSA ID.

When you get to the tax information section, make sure you pay close attention to the 2018 tax year. For 2020-2021 FAFSA application, you will need to enter 2018 income information.
