Criminal Justice Club

What is the Criminal Justice Club?

Criminal Justice ClubThe Criminal Justice Club is designed to stimulate in our students an active interest in Criminal Justice affairs. The Criminal Justice Club encourages members of the club to raise money for scholarships and for field trips. To recruit new members for the Criminal Justice Club, we help acquaint students of ASA College with Criminal Justice standards and we provide our students and our staff with a high degree of Criminal Justice events.

The main objective of ASA College Criminal Justice Club is to educate members through hands on experience and exploration of the Criminal Justice Field. This is done utilizing seminars, workshops, guest speakers, field trips, and community service.

Mission Statement:

The mission of the Criminal Justice Club is to create an opportunity for students to learn about the criminal justice profession and those impacted by the criminal justice system. Congruent with the ASA tradition, the club emphasizes the importance of education to aid in professional development of ASA College students through workshops on campus and by participating in criminal justice club activities each semester. Upholding another ASA value, the club aids those affected by the criminal justice system through numerous community service projects throughout the year. Finally, the Criminal Justice Club holds a meeting each month offering ASA College students an opportunity for those with similar interests to meet and network.
