Before school starts on Monday please go through this checklist.

  • You will need your student id to identify yourself and access your school records.
  • It can be found on your schedule or from your admissions representative.
  • Please e-mail retentionstars2020@asa.edu if you need help.
  • The college will communicate important information to you beginning today through your school e-mail. You are required to use it for all school matters.
  • Logging in to you e-mail.

    4. Check your e-mail for a welcome message and information about accessing the student portal.
  • The school portal contains your class schedule, grades, and unofficial transcripts.
  • You received an email from the college with your ID and password.

    3. Input the following:  social security or student id, first name, last name, place of birth (city)
  • To apply for federal student aid, you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) form at https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa. You will need our federal school code 030955 when completing the FAFSA.
  • Instructions to make payments to the school online.

    5. Follow prompts for financial information and amount
  • Please e-mail sao@asa.edu if you need help and/or would like to meet about your payment plan or to make a payment over the phone.
  • Check your schedule daily during the first two weeks of school. During the period called drop/ add classes may need to be adjusted.

  • Blackboard is the system we use to conduct classes at ASA.  You will access your books, read, take tests and communicate with your instructor and classmates there.
