My externship experience was phenomenal.  I’ve learned everything from filling prescriptions to dealing with different aspects of customer service. The hospital staff was very friendly and extremely   knowledgeable in the pharmaceutical field.

ASA’s curriculum included all the courses I needed to complete to become a Pharmacy Technician, and it fully prepared me for my new career, the career I started when I was hire at my externship site.   Now I know that I can compete with the best.

I would like to thank all of my professors, because I’ve acquired a wealth of information to feel confident enough to pass the PTCB examination.

My advice to current and future externs is; “never give up, complete your degree.  It’s definitely worth it.”
