The DISTANCE LEARNING DEPARTMENT would like to WELCOME you to the online experience at ASA. Since you are registered for an online course(s), you need the following information.
PLEASE READ THIS PAGE CAREFULLY AND USE IT AS A RESOURCE.
STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY: a)You MUST have access to the Internet in order to successfully participate in your online course(s). b)You MUST participate 3 hours per week in each of your courses. c)You MUST come to campus in person to take the final examination for each course.
STUDENT ORIENTATION ON CAMPUS: a)If you are a first time online student it is mandatory for you to attend a workshop. Please look at the following schedule:

b) If you cannot make it to the workshop email dl@asa.edu with your Full Name, Course Name and Phone Number or call 718-534-0820 to set up an appointment.
LOG IN INFORMATION:
a) On Monday, June 16th you may log into your online course. You can log on by going to http://asa.embanet.com
b)Your Username and Password to access your course:
- Your username will be: the first initial of your first name and your last name
(no hyphens capital letters or spaces) Ex: John Smith (jsmith)
- Your password will be the first initial of your first name the first initial of your last name and the last 4 digits of your social security number (no hyphens capitol letters or spaces)
Ex: John Smith & SS# 000-00-1234 (js1234). Note: You may not change your password.
