The ASA Libraries contain more than 100,000 resource materials to support the institute's educational programs. The library's core collection includes books, periodicals, professional journals, audio, video and CD's, and electronic resources such as e-books and databases.
The ASA Libraries are recognized by the New York State Education Department as an Advanced Level Electronic Doorway Library. They are an Affiliate Member of the National Network of Libraries of Medicine.
The ASA Libraries have 8 MLS librarians and 8 library assistants. The library staff provides a wide range of reference services, workshops and tutorials.
