Dear ASA Graduate:

Congratulations! On behalf of the ASA College President, Mr. Alex Shchegol, and the ASA family, we extend a formal Invitation for you to be a part of our 2018 Graduation Ceremony.  The event will be held on Friday, July 27, 2018 at 4:00 pm in The Theater, at Madison Square Garden (4 Pennsylvania Plaza, New York NY 10001).   It is crucial that you carefully read and follow the instructions below:

  • All student loan borrowers must complete a Federal Student Loans Exit Interview with the Office of Financial Aid. Student loan borrowers should check their portal to verify if there are any "holds" related to the Financial Aid Department. Financial Aid "holds"must be cleared.
  • Students must complete the ASA Graduate 2018 Students Graduates' Survey online. You will not receive your graduation package, without a completed survey. You can access the survey form by going online to .
  • Pick up your graduation cap & gown, graduation guidebook, name tag, and tickets for your guests.

  • Your  name tag is your admission ticket to the graduation ceremony. You will receive up to four (4) tickets for your guests.  Only those with tickets will be admitted to the ceremony.

  • You must be at the Theater at Madison Square Garden at 3:30 pm with your name tag and cap & gown. You will receive instructions for the procession and seating at the Theater. Instructions for your guests can be found in your graduation guidebook.
