Externships

I am proud to introduce the Externship Department where we place each student in leading companies within their selected field.  We match students' professional and interpersonal skills with employers’ expectations and company profile.  This enables our externs to become an invaluable addition to businesses by contributing their knowledge and skills acquired in the classroom.  Students gain an opportunity to learn, network, adjust to corporate environment and develop excellent work ethics.   At the Externship Department we build a solid foundation for our students’ successful career.

What is the externship training all about?
The externship is a required 3 credit course within ASA’s Associate degree programs.
Students will apply the acquired knowledge and skills in a real work environment, while gaining a better understanding of their career.
It integrates classroom learning with unpaid work experience related to the student’s major.
Externship training lays a solid foundation for successful employment.
