Computer Support SpecialistThe Computer Support Specialist Certificate program will provide an introduction to many areas of information technology including computer architecture, hardware, operating systems, network administration and support. The program is designed to train IT professionals to be competent in maintaining, troubleshooting and administering computers and network systems.
Graduates will be able to provide on-site support for users of the Windows networking platform. This program includes courses necessary for the A+ and MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional) certifications, two of the valued certifications currently available in the Information Technology field.
Computer Support Specialist Certificate program offers its students very intensive hands-on training, using our dedicated computer and network labs. The Computer Support Specialist certificate program fully articulates into our AOS degree program in Network Administration and Security, therefore, making it easier for graduates to pursue further studies in the Information Technology. The admissions process is the same as in the degree program.
The Computer Support Specialist certificate program requires the successful completion of 30 credit hours for graduation.
