About ASA Women's Tennis The women's tennis team was first established in the Spring of 2009 with the hiring of 1st year Head Coach, Richard Bowie. The team will begin its first season of intercollegiate competition in the fall of 2009. Being one of the few Division I Junior College women's tennis programs in the region, the team looks to be very successful in only its first season of existence. In addition to winning matches and carrying a team GPA well over 3.0, the program's goals are to graduate student-athletes who will be assets to their future 4-year colleges and universities. |
