About ASA Football

The ASA football program was established in the fall of 2008 and the first season of competition, the fall of 2009.  The program becomes only the second current college football program in New York City.  The first, Globe Tech, was also started under the direction of current ASA Director of Athletics, Kenney Wilcox.

The program is lead by 1st year Head Coach, Dennis Orlando.  Not wasting any time, the program will embark on its first season with a very tough local and national schedule including local power Nassau Community College and national power, Dean College.  In addition to winning games, the goal of the program is to graduate players so that they can continue their academic and athletic careers at 4-year colleges and universities.
